I'm a facilitator, strategist, writer and coach working at the intersection of worklife and authenticity. I have a 20+ year background across HR management consulting, strategic planning with founders and leaders, training and education, journalism and marketing communications, as well as soulful inquiries into meaning, identity and purpose in relation to our worklives.

These areas are blended into my approach to guide others in their worklives, which I have been doing for 14 years. I specialize in working with people in mid-career transitions, but also work with some early career clients. My business has run entirely on referrals and more recently through articles in The New York Times and Bloomberg News.
